Sarah Moon is an avid student of healing, self-improvement, and growth. She has walked her walk. What she suggests and shares with others, she has done herself.

She connects with her audience by speaking plainly and from the heart. She says it like she sees it. Her invitation is for women to get off the hamster wheels of life and unapologetically take space for themselves. Uplifting and providing different perspectives for consideration is her signature. Having been an empowerment coach for over two decades, she has helped her clients with tools to transform themselves and move forward creating a better life.

In her book, she invites individuals on a journey of self-reflection and transformation. One of her favorite sayings is, “Life is meant to be enjoyed; quit surviving it!”

She is a wife, a mom and a nana. Traveling is one of her favorite things. As a beach bum at heart, you can find her relaxing by the ocean, enjoying some good food and devouring a great book.

Flow with the F.L.A.W.S.

In this talk the F.L.A.W.S. are an acronym to Freedom, Love, Abundance, Wholeness and Solitude. All powerful tools that help anyone to create a better life and find joy in it.
The stressors of life keep humanity in survival mode; people forget to live, enjoy life and be at peace.

Going with the flow of life, without resisting daily challenges, produces a happier, serene outlook. Flowing with the F.L.A.W.S. is powerful, thought provoking and empowering.

Unpack The 5

In Unpack The 5, different perspectives are brought out for consideration. “Auto-pilot Mode” is questioned and the answers discussed are often surprising. As The 5 are addressed, different perspectives are presented and the audience gets some food for thought.
Things that were taught in childhood, adolescence and adulthood are adopted as a way of life. Most of the time these become causes of fear, self-doubt and a scarcity mindset.

Unpacking The 5 brings awareness to small changes people can make to transform themselves and live their fullest potential.

Detachment is Necessary

Detachment is Necessary introduces a fun way to look at life. Attachment limits potential. When we realize how attached we have become, it becomes clear how much we limit ourselves.

Most people, when asked, believe they are not truly attached to anything. Topics like religion, sports and politics reveal unexpected attachments. Being attached causes frustration, deception, anger and many other emotions that will keep you stressed, sad and fearful. It creates the belief that we either need to defend our position or attack an opposing view. Tools are shared on how to detach and keep an open mind.

Get an appt with Sarah on her site. You. Won’t. Regret. It. I recommend working with her to all my friends who are struggling with life. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us, Sarah!!!"

Craig Hyatt

"The points in this book have shed light on areas of my life previously hidden, locked up, and completely unfamiliar to me that I've been able to repurpose in powerful ways. This book is not a list of lifehacks on personal development. It is a series of concepts explained and personal tools that have the author's perspective and experience implementing with success. I have similarly applied the tools in my life and I've found them instrumental for me to molt old, toxic and undesirable habits and replace them with light, creativity and purpose."
